im Cody day. today is the first day i am starting my treatment. like ever. there are alot of different treatments people are using, and i didn't know what to do. so after alot of research over a year i put this together. Folic acid 800; b12 1000, Biopiperene tabs(taken orraly) with a multivitimin. a doctor said i can also use a tanning bed to help work. but only use a little bit not for long periods.. . my affected ares are knees, forehead, tip of nose, sides of ears, underarms, sides of eyes, hip, and one elbow ( just popped up ). so yea it has progressed to alot of places. i would like to share my treatment experiences (including weekly photos) of repigmentation (if any) hopefully this works. i just have to stay positive. the mind is a powerful force. anyway wish me luck? o and i limited my gluten intake. anybody doing the same treatment?

hi :) okay so i have not changed my diet at all. i no this may seem strange but ive been taking an overload of prenatal vitamins and extra folic acid tabs and some of the vitiligo on my hands has just dissapeard and also around my eye the line between the normal skin and the vitiligo there is a dark line and it seems to be shrinking very slowley. it has seemed to spread on my hips, but for atleast some of it to go away is nearly a mirical to me. so if anyone wants to try it. it is working for me. :)
