vitiligo is extremely unpredictable in the sense that different patients respond to drugs in different ways,so what helps one may not help another person, vitamin b12 has been tried in my clinic but on its own without supporting this with other medications may be useless

i was asking bcuz i am going to tj to get these 3 month supply of injection but..if taking the injection boost ur motabolism so i might seee even more weight losslol. soo yea iwas wonderinggg
The methyl B12 formulation is more bioavailable, but the cost is too dear :( so I've gone back to cyano now.... but I can't help wonder if any of the oral/liquid formulations are gonna help at all. I was told to use the injection, so I'm considering it.... apparently, we vittys have malabsorption and the oral tablet won't be absorbed from the gut, so does the liquid one.....go figure.
The oral tablet is indeed absorbed in the gut. It is even better absorbed sublingually. It is most best absorbed intramuscularly (i.e. by injection) - if you can get the shots.
Thanks Audrey:) So would you recomment cyno B12 at any cost or do you thing the methyl would be adequate? I'm asking this because recouleur is your product, right?
I think both the cyano and the methyl are good. Yes, Recouleur is my product. I have vitiligo and originally created this formulation for myself. I would have put the methyl in the product but I felt that the cyano was adequate.

More interestingly, the site says that 1000 mcg a day may not be enough for us and that there are three kinds of B12 supplements - namely,
Hydroxycobalamin B12
Cyanocobalamin B12
Methylcobalamin B12
and that Methylcobalamin B12 is the best of the three.

I wonder what dose, and which type of B12 is taken by members here - and if it is true that Methylcobalamin B12 is the best.
Some vitties have malabsorption but not all.
