has anybody taken the no treatment- no creams approach? what result has it yielded?
please give feedback? thats a very difficult route to take bc we don't live a in vacuum and our skin is the biggest organ and source of identity.

I have done steroid creams, protopic and UVb. Now I don't do anything and feel a lot better because I don't think about it very much and get on with my life instead...
Hi Shifa,
I just came from the derm today who confirmed that my 10 year old daughter has Vitiligo. I caught it early since my 9 year old also has it. He recommended treating spots when they are new since they will more easily repig. I am doing what I can for my girls who both have it on their face (my heart is breaking ....), be it vitamins, all organic foods, water filters and the like. Soon I will look into visiting a naturopath with them. All the best.
wishing you all the best. Your daughters will always be beautiful. if you are positive your daughters will be too. which cream did he recommend?
I remember what one dermatologist told us..its not cancer. I remind myself that everyday. there are worse things out there.
btw does autoimmune disease run in your family? it is rampant in my family. do your daughters have digestive/leaky gut issues?
I am on the no treatment approach, I used a medication which was full of sterioids making me useless as it is.
Nothing else showed any positive results, so im not taking any medication or any cure. Its more of a IDGAF mode.
I've realised I've been happier and content since I lost all hope haha, Its kinda crazy though.. But thats how it is for me.
Nothing can define me unless I let it.
