  • I once stopped taking tyrosine for like 2 months and one new small small spot appeared . I started to take tyrosine again and it was gone in a matter of weeks .

Vitiligo is more because of stress than because of anything else .

I dont stress at all ...comapared to me other people that think that they are normal are doodies and scared of everything , cant stand their ground , basically are losers and pussies .

Fuck other people you are the most important , stop caring what they think or say .

    • good for you Andrey! If Tyroine works for you and you were able to find the cause of your vitiligo...honestly you are one lucky person.

Every single person has said that stress does make vitiligo worse.  our bodies secrete some type of hormones or acid when we are stressed out.  of course stress is part of every person's life.  it does damage in various ways ...however when the damage causes depigmentation then it becomes that much more important to learn to manage stress as stress cannot be tolerated by a person with vitiligo.  It would make sense to find ways to de-stress.

      • I look at Vitiligo as natures way of marking unfit people .

Stress weakens you phisically , damages your health ...thats how nature separates slaves from masters . Dont be a slave , boss is not always right .

You are only slave to some master or boss because he managed to convince you that you are something lower ... ahh poor education ahhh poor style ahh less inteligent ..a ahh fighting is bad bad ... Fuk it .

You are human ! But you are only human if you have at least one thing , one reason that you would fight to death for . Someone wanting to cross that your reason must always know and must always be ready to fight you .

Nobody can insult you if you dont let them , if you are offended by something it means its truth .

Fight for your healthy life ! Dont stress !

No matter if you are poor and not good looking and your skin is not beautifuly white or beautifuly too white ...fuk it , you aint less of a human .

        • @ Andrey  you are right emotional  stress is the only known and common vitiligo trygger for most of us.

Are you taking Tyrosine for other condition ? are you taking it under Medical conseltation  or by Your self ...I think taking Tyrosine With out dr advice can have a lot side effect.

please share more what you know about Tyrosine how do we know that we are less and we need it?

          • Tyrosine only shows effect if you lack it . If you take tyrosine and feel better it means you need it , if you dont feel any changes it means you dont need it .

Most doctors dont even know what tyrosine is . And no i do not follow any medical advice .

You freely take like vitamins ... they might have alot of side effects too , but you dont care all that much . Tyrosine is the same . Any bigger side effect than Vitiligo you already have ?

So dont worry about side effect its just a supplement for sports in general ... do they look somehow side-effected ?

I even advice people to try amino acid complex to see if it makes them feel better . Cause you never know .

I used to be  always against all supplements ... Now i know better .

And if you do excercises while taking tyrosine its even better .

            • tyrosine is found braggs liquid aminos (soy sauce alternative).  you can find in health food section or in bigger stores with gluten free section like wegmanns, etc.

its also found in almonds and other foods.

supplements may definitely be useful but use with caution. its true many allopathic doctros are not very knowledgable.  Ideal way to get this from good nutrition...food based.  eat high quality nutritionally dense food.  usually organic is best.  if possible grow your own or get from local farmers.

  • Its deemed that gluten is major cause of auto immune diseases . It did reverse my psoriasis which is also autoimmune . Im about 2 years on gluten free and not going back .

    • @bamsegutt...when you tried it did at least stop the progression? it seems ppl who autoimmune conditions may have MORE than one allergies and leaky gut. Even if it stops the disease from getting worse it's worth a try.
      • I am not agreed ppl say about treatment which " stop progression" Vitiligo is mysterious it can stop progression even without treatment and it can start again when you are under treatment...and it can repigment with out treatment....It has no known progress .

We have to eat and live healthey  for overall Health. Vitiligo has its own way ..no one knows how to stop it .We just have to try one treatment at a time may be one of them may help..There is no any treatment which Works for every one at the moment.

    • I have tried it and many ppl has tried it ,,I grantee it is not a Cure ..for me it has no change  some say they observe some change ...I keep on less gluten diet for over all Health, they say it is connected to other autoemune conditions..Reaserchers say vitiligo is not Connected to diet...It Worth to try any way.
