Turning WHITE does not mean you have to be BLUE

If turning white makes you feel blue,

take a look at all the good things in your

life and good experiences life has shown you

If turning white makes you feel blue,

time for a change of attitude NOW to know

that you are a courageous person and that you are still beautiful too

If turning white makes you feel blue

try to understand that what is happening

is not your fault or caused by something you did or did not do

If turning white makes you feel blue

Don’t be down, surround yourself with

Good friends and family who support and encourage you

If turning white makes you feel blue ,

know that you can still lead a normal life

And you have us at Vitiligo and friends website who knows exactly what you’re going through

Turing white does not mean you have to be blue!

I am really happy I came across this. I was recently diagnosed and have been having a rough time for the past few days. I keep questioning why this happened like I'm being punished for something that I did. It was actually comforting to read that it's not my fault :-) I joined this group to find others who would understand what I'm going through. This has been the first bit of comfort I've had in the last week.
