sometimes I just let myself be down for a bit, but will only allow the pity party to go on for a day. I remind myself that tomorrow is always different.....and if that doesn't work I call up friends and they remind me of how great they are and how lucky I am to have them LOL.
When I feel down I take a shower, get dressed and called up friends. When that doesn't work, I cook Or take a nap.. you can always reach out to me on here. Things can only get better if you let it be. Cheer up champ!
