Coconut Oil works wonders. You can get it at any health food store. I use the same jar to cook and use on my skin! Just take a few tbsp of the oil and liquify it. Then I rub it in to my dry spots. Really helps me.
Not sure if it is even vitiligo related, but first, make sure you drink plenty of water. Another way to help out is to take fish oil capsules in the morning. They smell kinda awful, but some newer formulas reduce the smell. The omega 3 oil in the capsules in addition to the water should help hydrate your skin. In addition, find good moisturizers for both your body and your face nad use them daily- even if your skin gets oily in the summer time. Find something preferably alcohol free and protein rich (Clinique and Oil of Olay are my top picks). Also, check the contents of your face wash. You may look into a very mild, gentle cleanser (Neutrogena makes an excellent one for dry/sensitive skin). Hope this helps!
