I have been getting new pigmented spots and my face cleared up and most of my body but it's all uneven and I was wondering if anyone else have this problem and my dermatologist said she can't do anything for it I just have to wait for my body, but If you know something that would help please let me know,

Repigmented spots? You nutritionally adequate? Have you addressed digestive health? All disease is cell disease and it happens for 3 main reasons; starvation (of nutrients), suffocation (lack of oxygen), and toxification (building up of free radicles toxic cchemicals). Ben Fuchs, a guy i listen to alot now says that its not possible to have an autoimmune problem without having digestive dysfunction. Those big three points for disease HAPPEN when you got faultydigestion. Things are getting in the blood that are NOT supposed to causing the bodies immune systems to be overly activated thus not allowing it to heal but degenerate because its working so hard trying to fend off the "offenders" (toxic substances). So it should be a no brainer for all of us to stop consuming toxic substances (mostly food and drinks) and nourish ourselves.
i now know of 4 people that have almost completely repigmented by eating RIGHT and supplementing. So steps for disease..
1)Malnourishement from birth OR diet or both leads to digestivedysfunction and deficiencies of all kinds occur.
2)intestinal permeability occurs. (Guts cells of mucosal lining get taken over from all the toxicity and gaps in them occur letting incompletely digested peptides/pieces of proteins through.
3) now that those peptides are circulating in the blood which btw is NEVER SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN , the immune system makes antibodies to eliminate them but sense they are similar to our own tissue ,it gets confused and attacks both. And also all of the other toxic elements not being eliminated contributes.
So what do we need to do? And im speaking toanyone who reads this. #1 is making sure to stop consuming toxins and foods you react to.
2) focus in digestive health and nutrition!
-Make sure we're making stomach acid
-Taking digestive enzymes especially protease for protein!
-good probiotics supplements/fermented veggies.
-bone broths n anything that soothes the digestive tract so aloe vera juice, none juice, there are many things l glutamine.
-Bile salts
-Vitamins/minerals
-Essential fatty acids
-Anything to help build glutathione (bodyies built in detoxification system) very important! Im gonna supplement with the same that this other girl did. She repigmented btw using nutrition and nutritional supplementation. The three big precursors to building glutathione are the amino acids glutamine, cysteine, and glycine.
So this is my plan as it has worked for others and i completely see why. Give our bodies the tools to heal and it will know how to regenerate itself.
Key points again
-remove toxins from diet(processed foods, wheat, barley, wry, oats, dairy, refined flours n sugars ect)
-heal gut and supplement with all kinds of stuff to patch up the gut and get that working correctly.
-Eat good foods! Greens n green juices. Grass fed meats, eggs, but be carefulconsuming alot if your not yet properly digesting proteins!
-Build up glutathione
-support albumin (blood protein that carries nutrients)
-Supplement!
Digest, nutriate, oxygenate, detoxify good luck hope i didnt miss to much. If this interests you, listen to "the bright side" with ben Fuchs. The guy knows his stuff
