Just wondering if identical twins will both have vitiligo or if one twin gets it but the other doesn't.
Also wondering if twins do both get vitiligo, if the patches form in the same location around the same age.

Yes they used to have both in some twins ,According to Dr Richard Spritz The chance is 25% in identical twins.
