Finally the area I am working on almost closed. The results are very encouraging. I am working on repigmentation speed. Now planning to select another area (large) to work on to try different things.
The patient is now on vacation, she was prohibited to sunbath in the last three months. This is also a challenge for our work. Eveything is there we are expecting a large coverups. But vacation is also a experimental work on speed up efforts.
There is nothing wrong systematically to prevent pigmentation in terms of homeostatis. There is no fluctuation in repigmenting as you see from repigmentation. Speeding was quite good in the last two months. 3 months ago, interestingly I wrote I am expecting faster repigmentation in the coming months, and that occurred as anticipated. I still believe that experimenting is necessary to speed up repigmentation.
This is very good for those of you that (though I treated successfully myself) you must keep up with, there is cure out there. Just try to keep up a healthy life style. This is a controlled repigmentation and most importantly repigmentation is there to stay.

The meantime apperance of the first repigmentation area, pigment is permanant looks better. It seems like need a good summer -summer to loose some melanin and regain it to have a homogeneous pigmentation. However, during repigmentation no over exposure of sun. It will delay repigmentation for sure.
finally the last state of the area..

For how long a day are you using the sun and for how many days a week.I am not sure if I should increase from 30 min because sun don't not turn my skin pink as it use to.I use the sun every other day letting my skin rest for one day .I just want to know if I should stay at 30 min or increase ?thank you for your time have a great day
If you do not have enough resources, sun could be harmfull to you (more patches). I do not know how to emphize this. If you empthy your sytem, you may need up to a month to recover and see more improvements. But this also depends on person of course. Some gets more daily input of resources than others.
Depending on your skin types, you need to adjust exposure times. If you are dark skinned, longer exposures are necessary.
It also depends on the level of sun's strength as well. If it is strong exposure should be less than 10 min and before 11 of after 1400.
Again, It all depends on your resources.
It is best to have sunbath on a sea side, integrating exposure with the sea salt. Dried salt on the skin magnifies exposure dose on minute points, which is very good. That is why some gets response from dead sea.
