Carl has pissed me off!...lol.

Carl expressed his opinion and it made me think????? T

I know I dont' owe anyone anything but I honestly don't want anyone to think Im only embrassing the NEW WHITE SKIN ME!...lol

I've posted some new pictures broken down by Albums showing my many different stages of having vitiligo and the level of attitude I've had over the years while being involved in many different things....lol.

Again I've had vit since I was 3 yrs old so its all I've ever known. Growing up I realized that I didn't fit the typical mold of someone who probably wanting to close themselves off to the the world....

My goal is to "inspire". Im not on here to B**ch and complain Im on here to show people that ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING. And If I can inspire just one person to LIVE and follow their heart and to get over the vitiligo mental chain holding them down, then I've done what I've came to do.

God has blessed me with an up beat personality and attitude and outlook in dealing with vitiligo and I hope that my pictures will speak for its self. I have many more but.... its a lot to scan.

Believe it our not.. I started freakin out when my skin turned one color..lol. YEAP, I became so use to my spots that when it changed I didn't know what to do. I had all kinds of concerns and issues surfacing. Was I gonna be pale, was I going to look dead, did I need to change my hair color, And most of all I was loosing my uniqueness. I remember telling Carl, who is on here, that in a way I felt like a little local celebrity....lol.

I reached a low spot and needed a push! Linda Wesley, who is now on this site gave me that pep talk I needed in accepting my new look of going from brown skin to white skin. Her words were very comforting and I realized that it was okay and that God was moving me into another season. In 1999 I knew my attitude in having vitiligo was different and I ran from the thought of getting involved at helping others or even sharing my life.. I RAN AND WAS SELFISH! Not knowing that I could have inspired someone else.

God has blessed me abundantly in all that I have and accomplished. Im here to share my story and to help you guys see that vitiligo don't have to paralyze you. My vitiligo is truly a blessing and a curse, but Im greatful!

Carl is always expressing his opinion and as human beings we have to be open to different points of views. We can agree to disagree in our discussions. Life is about finding common ground and learning to accept that we are different. Vitiligo definitely has its own diversity!! Carl we love you for you!!

Ciney, your look is beautiful. You have come a long way in your changes. The way I see it - You Rock!! We are diverse in how we accept vitiligo as well as how we look in vitiligo.

  Thank you Cawanda, but I just don't want anyone to think that Im just on here embarrassing the new "light skin" me or that Im just coming out of a shell. Lets be for real, you can't buy this type of attitude in a store or off line. This is CINEY.. all the way!
  
  Im here to INSPIRE HOPE and to show others that YOU CAN DO IT. And that its all about YOUR ATTITUDE and I hope the few pics I've posted express that and how proud and blessed I am.
