Can I use vitiligo as an excuse?

So stress has been linked to the spreading of white patches in vitiligo patients.
My family causes me stress.
Can I just ask them to shut @#$% up, and tell them it's because they're making my vitiligo twitch?
I need the kind of vacation only a room with padded walls can provide!
Sorry. Just having one of those weeks.

    I now just go for a walk!

     

    Seems to work,I was probabley the worst stress head ever too!

     

    When me and my wife start i just get my trainers on and walk......

    I totally understand you.sometimes my mom talk about some things that gets me stress and she can be so negative :S

    I when I tell her to leave me alone,she gets mad.I mean WTF?!?

    Yeah just be honest with them. Sometimes my parents don't even realize they are stressing me out or getting on my nerves. Once I tell them to give me some space they normally do. It seems like my mom for one is having a hard time adjusting to me being and adult. She sometimes still treats me like I am a naive child.

    Yeah ... tell them not to cause you more stress. Having Vitiligo is stressful enough :-( Hopefully, they will listen. Sometimes my family say things about my Vit that really upsets me - like my Vit doesn't show - that I exaggerate etc. But it doesn't bother me much now. They don't know what they are talking.

    tell them. . but that wont work .. iam in similar situation .. THEY NEVER LISTEN ... and every time i go like FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU .. ill try to adopt with it .. hopefully
