Bai Dian Feng Jiao Nang

Hey! I was just wondering if anyone has tried the Chinese remedy Bai Dian Feng Jiao Nang, apparently for vitiligo. Saw it on ebay but thought I'd ask before adding another pill to my treatment regime - I might rattle from all the supplements I take! Cheers :)

  • I'm on the Bai Dian Feng Jiao Nang. Haven't seen anything yet. Only a month in though. Will let you know.
    • Hi Alexander! Thanks for the reply, glad to know I'm not the only test subject on this! Just wondering if you are heading into the sun or staying out of it? Not sure if I need some sun to activate the ingredients? Good luck!
      • It's funny you mention that. I'm avoiding the sun like the plague because I suntan really easily, so don't want to add contrast to my skin. But did I miss something? Is the sun a catalyst for the pills?
  • Update: so I actually bought 3 months supply of these tablets on ebay as the seller was offering a great rate - I thought I'd give it a go! I'm taking other things too: folic acid, vitimin B complex, kelp, acidophillus. Have reduced my dairy and wheat intake and upped my fresh frui and veg! I'm using coconut oil on my vitiligo. The reason I'm updating is that I bought some tablets yesterday called 'tanning tablets' (Holland & Barratt, UK health food store) as they contain PABA, copper and l-tyrosine (all of which I have heard about for vitiligo treatment). Has anyone experimented with these? I'm quite concerned that unless I hit on something that helps the vitiligo, these tablets will just cause my normal skin to get darker and make the patches more noticeable...Has anyone identified a cream/moisturiser with these ingreadients that I could apply topically?
