a new way to teat vitiligo

stop using any medicines or creams to treat vitiligo. just take a dosages of  Vitamin B12 (1 mg) + folic acid (400 mcg) + Omega-3  (1.4 mg) daily and try to relax , stay away from stress and anger... I also recommend you to eat liver, meat,  sardines, banana. Don't forget to sun exposure in the time between 7 Am to 10 Am or after 4 PM, just for 10 up to 15 minutes. you will see the result between 3 months up to 6 months. in addition, use any makeup that covers the patches that in turn gives you a self-confidence ( I use Coverderm makeup) . I got used to use Nivea soft to moisturize the skin in the night before sleeping.  oh Guys, our problem is in our nervous system.

  • folic acid is in the b complex, folic acid is b9. try not to overdose off any vitamins\a.acids it is very dangerous. I used to take Fenilalanin which tyrosin makes and it didnt work, i guess ill try the tyrosin now><

    • You must want it to work ! No , you must know it will work , there is no other way about it - it will work . 

      And dont be afraid to overdose , like with any other drug at least you will die happy :D :D 

  • Yes, thats the way to go , only use Vitamin B complex instead of just B12 and add amino acid Tyrosine , or amino acids complex , you know the stuff bodybuilders use . I used Tyrosine + B6 + folic acid and it worked , now i use amino acids complex and i see pigmentation starting to appear on my 2 last  spots ... little by little . 

    Yes if you worry all the time and feel tense because of social anexiety Vitiligo is very likely to creep into your life , cause anexiety consumes all the Tyrosine in your system and Tyrosine is the stuff that is responsible for pigmentation .
