I m 33years old. I was diagnosed a lil over a year ago. I finally went to a dem last week. She presb me a steroid cream (mometasone furoate). I m having a hard time embracing vitiligo.     Wow thats great to hear, what vitamins are you currently taking? Ive been taking VItamin E, B-12, Folic Acid, and Vitamin B.

    I am sorry that its taken me so long to accept you as a friend here on Vitiligo Friends.  I hope you enjoy the site and I look forward to seeing you soon. I'm from Salisbury also.  Its nice to meet someone from the "bury".  I've had Vit since age 5.  My original spot went away after a year of topical cream, but returned.  Today my Vit is on my feet, knees, elbows, hands, and ....You konw where.  Like you, I have concerns.  It's been great to connect with people like us and spend time growing and preparing ourselves with being successfull with the boring one color folks.  Call or text me anytime 443-983-0537.  Let's get together.

    I got Triamcinolon 0.1%.  I've seen a couple of small spots.

    Only been using it for a month.  But better than gettin something off the internet which I did last year.  That was a $100.00 wasted.  Avoid Dermabest

    Monyette told me we act alike, lol. I know how you feel, it get hard for me around this time of year. I stress about what to wear, hoping that no one notice that I am hiding myself. its really something to go through! We will talk more later, I'm glad you are my new vit friend. ;-)
