  Hello Cisco! You are most most welcome to this group! You are lucky the steroid cream kept your vitiligo away for 12 years. In my case, I used steroid cream on my fingers, and yes it made the spots go away, but a few months after I stopped using the cream, the spots came back. So you see, the treatments out there work for people in different ways. As for face, you should try Protopic cream, also known as tacrolimus. From what I have heard, steroid creams are not suitable to be applied on the face. Take care. Good luck ..........
