I have had vitiligo for about 13 years. My skin is almost completely without pigment. My interest is to see if tattoos would be helpful for sun protection. I'm not talking about a skin tone tattoo but arm, chest & leg tattoos that would be decorative and meaning to me. I have a couple of small tattoos that I love. I am active outdoors and hate that I have to slather 100+ sunscreen on every exposed piece of skin so that I don't burn. I could take care of just my face but the rest is tedious and leaves a white trail of schmutz behind wherever I go. If anyone has any info on this, I'd be grateful to hear from you.
