Hi there
My name is Lulu and I am 9. My vitiligo started when I was three. It was off and on for a while and now its really bad.
I'm lucky though because its not so bad on my face .. I think I am kinda pretty so that distracts people!!!!
I was really worried and sad about the vitiligo for a long time. I cried and got really upset and would cover myself up. Now I feel much much better. There are so many people with vitiligo that I feel okay. I also found so many interests like dance and swimming and its stupid to hide away.
I hope Julia grows up like me. I still get sad but I know I'll be okay. I think that someone might find a cure for me and Julia.
I'd be happy to help her when she gets older. She can email me anytime.

Hi Julia I have read that in kids starting treatment does help rather than waiting...
