Hello Everyone. I am currently working on a research paper dealing with vitiligo for an English class assignment and I was wondering if anybody that has vitiligo is willing to help. I'm asking if you would please take a few minutes to take this survey that i have prepare.It is a10 question survey it only takes like 2 minutes to complete.Privacy will be maintain from this survey.Thanks!  I really appreciate all the help I can get.Thanks once again.
