Have anyone tried the Xtrac Xcimer Laser treatment?
How many sessions are necessary to view some progress in face lesions?

Thanks a lot for your response! I will start this treatment next week...let me ask you a few more things.
How many sessions do you do per week?
Does the skin become red after the session? Did you feel any side effect?
Do you know if it is possoble to do the PUVA and Xtrac Treatments combined?

I do two sessions per week. I started off on a low dosage, which is 250 and this is increased an extra 50 for each session thereafter. It does get red on the treated area. The side effect started for me in certain areas after 1000. I used to feel burning sensations when I shower. I noticed that when I take a cold shower or not so warm shower it does not burn that much or sometimes not at all. Then I reverted to about 500 and started the treatment up. I don't know about PUVA and Excimer together. I have not tried this. I am also using Protopic on week days and Cutivate Cream on weekends.
How is it going with your xcimer treatment?
I am using Xcimer Laser since November last year and I've seen impovement after 6 sessions on my face. It is also working on my hands, but difficult on my finger tips.
