well first of all I ask:
How come you don't know about the body you live with and carry for all of your life?
How come you got a car and you don't know what it uses? how it works? what it needs?
so we are more than a car!! aren't we?
sophisticated body isn't just running on fish&chips, muffins, crisps and Donner kebab ?
if everyone is unique then every one need to consume different food!
for me its a must, that we must know about our body's function, nutrition, medicine, blood type, and any conditions accruing within our bodies.
The more we know about Vitiligo the more confidence we get, we are in the Human era stage for curing and solving many conditions, by looking at genetics, immune and environments, and Vitiligo is one of them.
take pictures of your patches, evaluate and compare them monthly.
make a note of any changes, what you had, what you did to make it better.
KNOW about Immune system, nutrition and Healthy living, Alternative Medicine.
try to understand why we are like that, what is wrong with our body, what our bodies want from us?
is vitiligo not a signal? yes it is, so if we are a good driver then we need to respond to that signal!!!!
be eager to find a cure, solution then share it, it makes you feel better and gives you strength and hope,
Don't sit and say my Dr said there is no cure!! or I just live with it!!!
GOD has not sent a disease or a condition without its cure!!! so the cure is on EARTH.
Do a research every day, just one hour instead of doing too much X-box lol!!! find something, what food, how, and when to consume. who did it, come online look for it, we are all different so we have to do it. no one will help us, THE CURE starts within ourselves.
what is the best way to educate ourselves on Vitiligo? Immunologically, Psychologically, Dermatologically, Nutritionally, Herbally& Medicinally or Genetically. or all of them ?

know yourself in the vitiligean way?
If we all be like that, then the cure will be much closer to the earth's surface! and we have millions of eyes to find it.
