What do you think?

So I was getting a pedicure and the guy put gloves on andwas talking in Vietnamese to his co-worker wife. They had quite a conversation, none of which I understood. When they finished I said, "this isn't contagious". The wife was embarrassed and said, oh, I know my brother had this on his arm. My husband has a cut on his hand and the salt scrub would burn so he put the gloves on. About 5 minutes later she gave me a card of a Vietnamese Dr. In San Jose CA that "cured" her brothers vitiligo. I said are you sure it was vitiligo and she said yes. I asked her what the treatment was and she said he took a medication and at first he saw great results then she cut back on the meds and it stopped working, but when they upped the meds again it took it completely away. Does this really sound like vitiligo, somehow I doubt it. I've had this card for almost a year now and done nothing with it.
