Vitiligo patches are not supposed to itch. They may itch for basicaly 2 reasons:
1- If they are sun burned. So, always avoid sun bath between 10AM to 4:00PM.
Or
2- If there is an allergy "behind it". In this case, the allergy is the likely cause of these vitiligo patches.
Allergies are strongly linked to gut (what you eat).
