Vitiligo and spot lightening creams

I have sun damage and acne scars on my face. I am thinking of using combination of Retinol and Reversa anti spot lightennig cream. But bit worried if it could casue vitiligo on my face as reversa anit spot has Tyronaise enzyme inhibitor in it. I have very mild vitiligo. Any input is appreicated.

    Hmmm I don't know really but I would say, stay away from a lightning cream! May be u should talk to ur dem and see what he says...

      Hi Sarah, i did talk to him and he said lightning creams don't cause vitiligo.
