Hello Fellow Vitiligans,
After nearly 20 years of having the skin condition VITILIGO I now have white patches (loss of pigmentation) on my face, hands, armpits, hips, knees and feet. I have tried just about every type of foundation, corrective cosmetic and sunless tanning cream / spray to help cover my patches.
Whilst some foundations / corrective cosmetics give a good coverage for the face and smaller patches I found that sunless tanning creams / sprays have worked best on larger patches and those in awkward places such as my armpits, groin, hands and feet.
So for the last few years I have used a combination of products to help me cover my patches in order to make myself feel less self – conscious about the way my skin looks. None of the products I’ve used have been designed especially for VITILIGO and I have found some of them time consuming to apply every day and don’t always blend my patches in that well.
Out of personal need and the want to help others look and feel better about this skin condition, I have developed an all in one product – VITILIGLOW – a camouflage spray for skin. Its quick and easy to use (spray) has natural skin tones (fair, medium, dark and ebony) is water resistant (great for the hands) rub / sweat proof (good for those awkward places, armpits) and has an SPF factor to help protect the patches from the sun’s harmful rays.
I no longer need to use 3 or 4 different products to help blend in my patches as VITILIGLOW does it all! (and its quick and easy to use every day at home).
If your interested or want more information then please go to www.vitiliglow.co.uk
Cheers

I am in the early stages of having white patches develop on both sides of my face, hands, arms, back, legs and feet.
As we own a second home in Mallorca this is disconcerting! I found this month that one of my white spots felt like it was burning - I tried to keep covered as much as possible.
I'd really be interested in your newly developed Vitiliglow product.

Hello, I would love to try ur foundation, I have also spend soooo much money trying to find the perfect shade, Im latina but my skin is light, the beige colors are to warm and the fair ivory are too pink... are you able to send me 2 small samples of ligh and tan, since I have vitiligo in the same body parts u do, and the skin color is diferent from ur face i would like to try to blend it and see how it looks. If this is something you can do please let me know, I'll consider you a God sent! Lol if i can find a cover that will match my skin tone. Thank u!!

Hi Polly!
It seems to be some problems with the website as i get this message:
Hello Chris,
I would recommend the medium shade for in the winter and the tan shade for in the summer.Vitiliglow is a body foundation and will wash off in swimming pools (chlorine is a bleach) and the sea (salt exfoliates). Vitiliglow is water resistant but not waterproof I'm afraid. Hope this of some help - polly
Cheers Polly
I could not get my samples yet. May I request you to please deliver me a sample that I have been requesting since a couple of months. Thank you in advance!
Hi Polly I very interested in your product but wanted your advice on what shades I should go for. Im from the UK and have a typical white uk persons complexion. Im pasty white in the winter but tan quite a bit in the summer where the vitiligo on my hands goes from barely noticeable to very noticeable and when I go abroad on holiday it looks even worse I also have vit around my groin area which is noticeable all year round due the skin being darker there. The main reason Im interested in buying your product is Im going abroad on holiday shortly so my vit on my hands looks all the worse after baking in the sun for a few days and normal self tanner seems to wash off after my first dip in the pool. Any advice would be of great help.
Chris
