I have read a lot on the internet and there is a lot of research suggesting that vitamins may help. Also, i have been reading many poats and many of you take vitamins. I thought it would be helpful if we could compare what we take and perhaps why we take (based on what findings or what research).
I am taking the following vitamins after reading this article:

vitamin EVitamin Ccoenzyme Q10folic acidvitamin B12a high potency multivitamin
Basically all the vitamins listed in the article with exception of
alpha lipoic acid (which I'm not really sure what it is). I figure the article was written by a reputable dermatologist so I can't really go wrong.
Anything you guys think I should be adding to the mix. I'm not one to blindly take vitamins. I think taking too many vitamins can be dangerous.

I take Recouleur pill 1 each day, Their info is on their web site from dermatologist studies. Ginko 1 per day 120mg as I read some reports that has helped with repigmentation. I also take Vitimin D to help with immune system. Fish oil I take mostly for my heart.
