These supplements seem like standard dietary aids and would not be associated with any negatives towards the condition. However, if possible I would try and increase the consumption of organic food which naturally contain these minerals. This is primarily because the main issue with tablet form supplements is that there is no guarantee on how bio-available they are to our system; i.e. how much will we actually uptake from the tablet and be of beneficial use. Fish and liver are great sources of Vitamin B12, and Alpha-Liopic Acid, alongside broccoli and spinach. Avocado is a great source of Folic acid and provides healthy fats. Of-course if income is an issue in terms of purchasing these foods, then supplements would be of better use in comparison with a complete lack of these vitamins.
Also, I'm not sure if there is a link between repigmentation or halting of the spread of vitiligo and the increase in consumption of these vitamins but it can't hurt to try as they are good for your body! Hope you find success and keep strong!
