Trouble healing?

Hi 

Does anybody else have trouble healing from cuts? I don't just mean in areas where you have vitiligo. I seem to have developed very sensitive skin. I'm starting to develop nice scars from any old scratch and cut. Was wondering if there is a correlation between sensitive skin and vitiligo. Sometimes it feels that way.

    i havent had problems HEALING, but i did notice last summer and the one before that all my mosquito bites (i get tons eery summer) scarred white, instead of brown. since then i've been aware of all new scars/cuts/bites, to see how they heal. most have no pigment on the scar tissue. scar tissue used to turn a darker brown then my standard skin tone. but not anymore. they're all approx the color of my palms. interesting.

      Well, cuts have been known to bring about vitiigo patches. They have also be known to cause repigmentation.

        yeah, they work both ways. which makes no sense at all. so they cancel each other out in my mind,. hahahaah
        no patches, just scars. (yet) ;-D
