Three Tips to Prevent Vitiligo

As is known to all, the synthesis of melanin needs tyrosine and tyrosinase,it can not do without either one,in that case, the body skin will turn white. Reduce harmful food intake:wash vegetable and fruit with clean water repeatedly. If time allows, after washing, soak in clean water for 15 to 30 minutes to reduce the harmful residue such as pesticide.The fruit for children shoule be peeled after being washed.Don't eat foods with overproof heavy metal salt,such as the popcorn processed with lead container.

Reduce exposure to ultraviolet radiation:vitiligo could attack in any season in a year,but more in late spring to summer,and most patients experience long-time blazing sun before morbidity.

The continuous unpleasantness and mental pressure could cause physiological disorders and then result in the occurring of many diseases.People’s emotional changes have close relationship with health,abnormal emotional response is the internal factor of disease development.For this reason,in daily life and work,the person should adjust attitude in time,improve the adaptability to environmental changes,try to handle properly the relationship between family and society,the relationship between individual and friends,etc.

Tips 3:rational diet and nutritional balance

Pay attention to diet nutrition,making scientific diet recipe and forming a good eating habit has important significance to the prevention and treatment of this disease.

There are dozens of to hundreds of foods we utilize in daily life,nutrients contained in different types of foods are quite different.Person should ensure the intake of all kinds of nutrients necessary for human body to meet the demand of physiological functions. More food rich in tyrosine and minerals should be eaten appropriately, such as poultry eggs, fresh vegetables, beans, peanuts, sesame seed, raisins, shellfish, nuts, etc. Long-term disturbing of the normal eating order can make digestive function abate, anorexia,and then give vitiligo a chance to attack.
