Hold on there...one thing I've learned about internet interaction is misinterpretation of a word or phrase and sometimes rushing to judgment. Sure, we have all suffered mental set backs because of vit. Take a moment and consider the possibilities what we could accomplish as a group. Maybe more interest could help motivate more research. Sometimes I feel left out of certain discussions but there are established friendships here. Patience is an absolute requirement for internet conversation and friendship. Whatever you decide to do I hope your life is blessed with good people in your life. Pat
Pat your words mean a lot to me and your statement is very true and as long as I have good friends like you I will continue to have a smile on my face But the reason why I'm not going to make discussions anymore is not because of what I went thru with some of our Vitiligo friends members but because I have I have heart problems that's going to keep my Vitiligo friends activty limited because now Vitiligo is only secondary to me now I 'm dealing with my problems now which are more serious than Vitiligo god bless you Pat !!!!!
Wow I had no idea you had a stint put in your artery it's amazing how technology is so advanced nowadays and look at how quick you bounced back, God bless you Pat
I'm still a little tired from the op but I started my walks yesterday. I logged a 1/4 mile and will start 1/2 mile next week. My doc says no more "Little Debbie-Nutty Bars" :( . But I'll get over it :)
I had my first heart attack when I was 43. My first stint. This time around all my vitals were good but the first stint was the problem. the new stints are better designed and more durable,so they say.
Wow Pat I'm glad you survived your heart attack because so many people don't, When I was diagnosed with Heart Failure in January 2009 I almost completely forgot about my Vitiligo because it put my Vitiligo in perspective how can I sit here and be sad or depressed about my Vitiligo when I can die at anytime because of this heart failure,I hope this pacemaker keeps working because if it don't I guess I will see you on the other side Pat
how on earth a site that suppose to actually help people TURNED all around and became a place for unnecessary bullshit , see when i open this site i would like to see stories, comments etc that can help me feel good ... i would like to connect with others who know how i feel and understand me ..i would like to see some news about vitiligo , i would like to have some fun also .... but now it is all criticism everywhere ..fuck it ,,who gives a shit about a negative comment ...
