I just bought it for the heck of it and I've been doing some of the methods for the last month and I've seen some progress. I'm not sure if it would go away in 2 months like it says but I think if I keep at it It'll eventually return to normal or close to normal. I just wanted to let ya'll know that the natural ways the ebook tells you to cure vitiligo is helping me. I'll post some pics, and it might not be much but at least it's getting better, and it's only been one month. Better some progress than none

  • This book my frend it's everywere I don't think that's is  cure because I have seen it in youtube that many people sad that don't work..... it's fake if you are so kind to post your book here I will be glad to read it thanks....

    • Hey, it seems to work for me but everyone is different. I don't think its fake because when I read it, I see some of the same methods you find everywhere that post about vitiligo, plus a few that you never can find on the internet. I don't think it'll work in 2 months like it says but I do think if you do just about everything it says for a whole year you should see a lot of progress. It talks about how to change you diet, which you can google and find the same info and it also tells you the foods that are great for it, which you can also google. It basically says the same things that you can google but with a little more detail and different methods that you don't hear about. Again everyone is different so what doesn't work you might work for someone else! I think your diet it the biggest culprit! Try to fix your gut and digestion and take care of your skin! The gut and skin are connected! Eat the right foods and avoid as much as possible foods that are hard to digest and again you can google everything I just posted!
  • Hi elijha-
Which treatments are you using, if you don't mind me asking? I have that ebook, but haven't tried anything yet.
    • Then you should try fermented ginger, carrots, and cabbage. also Apple cider vinegar helps. I spoke to a college best friend of mine and mentioned out struggled sub viti and she mentioned that her cousin also had viti but was cured by a local Indian herbalist / maybe homeopath...by some herbal concoction. but it was a while ago. She mentioned using raw honey and tumeric and putting it on everyday..this is so confusing Bc I read several places that tumeric is not good...Karin schaulteller (Germany) and in a fading problem (Valerie kwieler). However in Michael Dawson's program he does mention raw honey and tumeric.

I get my raw organic honey from amazon.com. It doesn't have any smell. Just very sticky. if it works then you can't argue with success. Raw honey is anti fungal, and antiviral. So is tumeric... I have seen tumeric listed an ingredient in the vitalax pills from merry clinic.

I am hoping somebody could figure out the tumeric part out.
      • You are right about the tumeric. It is anti-inflammatory and hence I assumed good. But Dr K Schaulteller's opinion based on a study was that it prevents pigmentation which in a way correlates to the fact that tumeric is promoted in India to make the skin fairer- the opposite of what we want. So are you still using tuneric or not?

        • tumeric is anti-inflammortory.  It is used widely in indian (esp. ayurvedic) and chinese medicine.  it is used as a remedy for vitliligo (referred to leukoderma).

dr. Schauellter said that her pseudo catatlyse didnt work for indian patients becasue of tumeric use.

again, I don't know if it is good or not....again its used extensively in ayurveda along with neem.  I belive all these agents are used for detoxification.  somebody (a fading problem doc) check below indicated that tumeric causes a very rapid detox which may actually be counterproductive.  its really hard for me to tell...

I guess an experiece ayuverdic doctor would be able tell if tumeric is good or not.  seems to me the amount matters...so even if tumeric is great ...eating a pound of it may actually be counterproductive.  an experience doctor would be to evaluate how much is necessary.

I am try to look into and understand ayurveda and homeopathic medicine and unani.  I wish i had the opportunity to go to india and stuby the benefits and outcomes where there is a larger case load.

    • It's a lot of different methods that they say can cure it. They say everybody is different so certain methods might work better for you. I personally use these methods, I put raw honey on my skin for 30 to 60 mins, I take vitamin B 100 complex, a multivitamin, I take oil of oregano pills, I put neem lotion on my skin and I changed my diet, I eat spinach, broccoli, kiwi and a bunch of other fruits and vegitables. Changing my diet and using these methods are working for me! It won't hurt to try, I don't think you can cure it as fast as they say you can but I do think it would eventually. Just this week I've noticed some more new spots of pigmented skin! I hope it works for you!
      • Thanks Elijha-

I'm so happy for you that you have found something that is working for you! It's encouraging to see that your pigment will return, right?

My vitiligo is still active, so my main focus is to get it under control right now. It's good to know there is some useful things in that ebook. I will definitely take a look at it again.

        Thanks for responding! ;o)

        • No problem! I hope it helps you too! I personally think changing your diet might help stop it.
          • elijha could you please post some more pics....recent ones.

what methods are you still using?
