Stress relation with Vitiligo

Guys -

Its been 21 years i am suffering from this diseases . I had stopped to take medicine since 5-7 years.

But unfortunately last 3 months it starting to spread on my body .

What i observed here is that i was bit in stress single 7-8 months.

Is there any relation between stress and Vitiligo ?

    Now I have started homeopathic along with ayervedic treatment .

    i dnt know weather it is true or nt!!but i learn some were that stress leads to spread vitiligo,
