Friends,
Melagenina Plus is a good topical anti-oxidant. It's function is similar to Vitiskin and Pseudocatalase, however with a different active principle.
The only reliable way to get Melagenina Plus is from Centro de Histoterapia Placentaria in Cuba. Never order it online.
Melagenina treats vitiligo from outside only, so that it's a very restricted approach.
In order to treat vitiligo, one has to take 3 approaches at the same time (comprehensive), as follows:
1- Basic Preemptive Actions
Diet, vitamins, minerals, trace nutrients, anti-fungals, probiotics and Omega 3.
2-Basic Corrective Actions
UVB-NB, pseudocatalase (or VITISKIN, OR MELAGENINA PLUS), and protopic (on face patches)
3-Generic Actions
-Life style change (get rid of people that make you feel bad; try to be part of a group, i.e. someone important and relevant. Find another group if necessary
-Stop physical traumas: friction, hits, sun burns, scratches etc.
Conclusion:
There are very few cases that a lotion/cream by itself re-pigmented vitiligo patches. They are exceptions.
It's hard to believe that someone might achieve cure or even stability without a comprehensive treatment.
When isolated corrective actions are taken, pigmentation might appear, but followed by later de-pigmentation.
