So the other day I decided to write a local TV news station and suggest with the anniversary of the death of Michael Jackson coming up, it would be good to do a story on local people with Vitiligo.

 

This was the answer I got.....

 

Thanks for the great story idea. It is a great idea ANYTIME to do the story regardless of Michael Jackson's death. Would you be willing to go on camera and talk about this condition. I have lots of doctors already who would enjoy  doing the story with me.

    I congratulate you on your initiative to raise awareness about vitiligo. Did you accept to go on camera? Go for it, girl!
    I think we should all learn from you and contact our local television stations to air a similar story. Again, congrats!
