Hi all! My son has some spots that are repigmenting. Have any of you had this happen and then have the vitiligo reappear in that same spot later on? Our doctor said it is the same chances of spots anywhere on the body. I think the sun and Elidel is what is doing it for him. He does have spots all over now, but I am afraid to expose all of him to the sun. I have always wanted to move somewhere where it is warm all year, so maybe this will push us to do so since the sun is helping him :-)

he is responding to the treatment, just bear in mind there is no cure ! so pigment can be lost again.
just a small advice IMO moving out because of vitiligo is not a good thing considering you are putting the child into more stress than he probably feel. the best thing is letting him accept himself and making him feel comfortable
vitiligo is not an illness, so no need for major changes in our life ! its just a condition resulting in skin color lost
