my seven year daughter vitiligo spot on her feet has become hard , can any one let me know why it's happening.

Yeah that's why worried as it's a vitiligo spot which has become hard.

  How do you know she has vitiligo? Has it been diagnosed properly by a dermatologist? There are quite a few causes for white spots in the skin other than vitiligo.

    Yes it's diagnosed by dermatologist.

      Just did a search on Picardo and Taïeb's vitiligo compendium and nothing came up related to skin hardening, you should really take your daughter to a dermatologist, this is not vitiligo related.

Go see a doctor, hardening of the skin is NOT vitiligo related.
