Hello everyone,
I have added 5 more of my handbags that feature strong courageous individuals who are burn survivors and amputees. I could only add 3. Later I will be creating handbags that feature cancer survivors and an individual who has down syndrome.
The journey for all of the individuals featured didn't start out being strong and courageous. The females featured who are burn survivors and amputees didn't always feel confident and beautiful. It's a process to rise above and triumph over any adversities in life. With hope, strength and surrounding yourself with positive and supportive people, you can overcome anything no matter how tough it is at the beginning. Think of the process like the four stages of a butterfly. The first is the egg; the second is the caterpillar; third is the pupa and finally the beautiful butterfly emerges.
I want to feature the stories/journeys of individuals who have triumphed over their adversities with a positive outcome on my website. Individuals who pay it forward by helping others, individuals that do volunteer work in their communities, individuals who have become stronger and more confident persons in life because they aren't going to let any adversity, no matter how large or small define or limit them or stop them them from enjoying life to it's fullest.
