So what do i have to do then here? Before i did excimer laser, and it helped me a lot, but here in Belgium they dont have that laser, only Puva of UVA like you called it.
9w UVB-NB 311 nm hand held is the option. But you should go to a country that provides laser/excimer.
But in your specific case, the combination of laser/excimer 308nm punctually for 1.5 weeks and UVB-NB for 5 weeks is the ideal.
The idea is the following:
1) laser/excimer target only the patches themselves. As you know, they use templates to do it.
2) then, at home, you do a full area (forehead for instance) to make sure that emerging patches will be avoided.
Yes. UVA in a long term it may induce cancer. As well as UVB-BB (broad band).
The only safe one is UVB-NB (narrow band).
