Punch grafting vs Oral PUVA

I have been taking topical PUVA for 3 years for Legs and hands but no use. The vitiligo is spreading and new ones are coming up

So much frustrated and Checked with my doctor on other options today. The doc indicated we can either try Punch grafting vs Oral PUVA. Not sure which one should I go for and also which one is more effective with less side effects. BTW...Mine is a non segmental Vitiligo

Any suggestions pls ?

    IMHO try UVB with some topical steroid or protopic.

      I already tried UVB and laser with protopic but no luck

        If you vitiligo is still active while you r doing UV treatment , you can`t do punchgraft before vit is stable , if you have NON segmental vitiligo ...you are good candidate for cell treatment but wait until ur vit is stable ... relax and take some supplment til it is stable.

          Its not stable yet and I do not see any pigmentation with either the Laser or PUVA with the topical

          I am wondering if oral PUVA would show any better performance or should I do punch grafting
