Thanks, and I will share more in upcoming months.
Thanks for sharing...I believe adding Your diet and moderate sun bath is helpful for vitiligo ,but im not shure about avoiding meat and diary Products...there is no any evidence showing meat is vitiligo trigger I don't think we should avoid meat and diary products unless some one is intolerance ..
we need a balanced diet meat is a good Source of vitamin B , unknown reason many vegetarians develop vitiligo .

Thanks! I will try to share the article when I find it, but I read that for unknown reason animal protein, caffeine, processed foods etc. are not good for a person who has vitiligo. In my case, after I have avoided animal protein and substituted by vegetarian foods that are rich in protein and vitamin B, the depigmentation has been reversed in fast pace.
Since I have decided to leave with it, I did not switch my diet for vitiligo treatment; and I am not a vegetarian either, but avoiding some foods and exercising regularly gave me un expected result.
As you know what works for me might not work for you and vise-versa. And as you said, everything in moderation is good.
Bam and Wubshet, as fas as my research, processed foods are bad for vitiligo sufferers because it causes oxidative stress (chemicals, preservatives, etc.).
Regarding flesh meat, Dr. Ben ( http://drbenkim.com/autoimmune-illness-natural-treatment.htm ) suggests to avoid eating more protein than you need (it's personal, but he says 3 oz a day). He also says that protein can significantly cause formation of antigen-antibody complexes that can float around in your blood and get deposited into your tissues, which can cause inflammation and accompanying discomfort.
Being said, I personally agree avoiding processed meat and having more wild caught fish than flesh meat.
Regards.
Thanks VLAVIO! I will read Dr. Ben's article.
Yes, I have seen.
Thanks!
I think it is very interesting your message. In this last year I have done macrobiotic diet and I think it isn´t very different comparing with your diet, but in my case I haven´t got any healing progress like you. But it is true, that on july I started taking Ginkgo Biloba infussion and since then are coming some freckles aroun my body (very slowly, but the progress is possitive). Anyway I will buy this book and I will read it.
Thank you very much and I hope you total repigmentation :-)
