    thanks guys for reply me.some one told me to use apple vinegar with black seed oil.

    I take black seed oil capsules - for about 2 months now - two a day. It is supposed to enhance the immune system.

        Too early to tell. Will let you know later - if I see any change. The way I see it - nothing bad could happen in taking it, anyway. So, I will continue with it for at least another 10 months - to make it a full year.

            Well, Sarah .... what I meant was - if it was going to work - it would have worked by that time !!!!!

    Yeah, I've tried a black seed oil which I bought about £10 for 100ml :(

    It didn't work for me...or should I say I gave up after a few days lol. I've not tried the apple vinegar and i don't intend to ....
