PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS I HAVE TO GET A ULTRASOUND ON MY NECK

During a recent visit to the doctor she noticed that one side of my neck was swollen and told me to make an appointment to get an ultrasound done on my neck area because it could be related to my thyroid or my lymph nodes I'm scheduled for that ultrasound tomorrow september 8 2010 this test will be able to tell me if this is serious like a (Goiter) or if my lymph nodes are swollen but wish me luck during my ultrasound procedure and please keep me in your prayers so that I hopefully won't need neck surgery to remove what's making it swollen and it's possible that I could have a  ( Goiter ) and if your not sure what that is please google it right now because they can explain it better than I can
