Physical stress

Hi all,

I realized that my son's vitiligo patches are likely related to skin physical stress.  Most of his patches are in places that have hard bone pressure / contact behind the skin, like:  ankles, knees and finger tips.

Roughly speaking, it seems that the bone behind "squashes the skin" and, in a certain way,  stresses and kills melanocytes physically.  He plays a lot of soccer and can't keep his hands relaxed (always drumming around), what exactly matches with his ankles and hands patches.
Does anybody have any suggestion about it?
