I started with paleo diet a month ago more or less, but I stopped in 3 days. Just now, 3 days ago, I started again. I bought a book from Robb Wolf and I have thought I have to try again for a month at least. I don't know if it improves our vitiligo, but I couldn't stay without try/trying (I don't know how it says).
Still it is very early to tell you about any result, but I will go telling if I notice any change. And if I don't write anything don't doubt to ask me. And if you have to try with the diet, I would like to know for your changes or feelings.

PD. I have forgotten to tell you that I did macrobiotic diet for 2 years, but it doesn't improve my vitiligo. Only for information.

It's good because it restricts some very allergenic ingredients. So, you will have less oxidative stress.
