Hello Guys! I am a new member to this site and am very pleased to see such a strong community. I have some questions pertaining to covering up vitiligo that I hope some of you can perhaps provide some insight on. First of all, are there any more options besides using Dermablend products to cover it up? I have been using Dermablend for about 3 years now and found that it does not match my complexion. I have many people tell me that they notice the cover up as an extra layer on top of my skin. Secondly, is the procedure I use correct, or should I add or remove some products. First I use a concealer, then the cover creme, and lastly, a finishing powder. Hope you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance!

Make Up Forever has full coverage concealers in alot of different colors, and they are also waterproof. After you moisturize your skin, take a silicon powder (Make Up Forever has a HD Microfinish powder, which is translucent) and buff it into the skin. Apply the concealer on top and it should last all day. You can always go into Sephora and get samples of the concealers and see how they work.
Thank You for the very though response Keerat. I really do appreciate it :) A few questions regarding Make Up Forever: Have you tried dermablend and how does it stack against other products? Would you say Make Up Forever is a better alternative?
I've tried Cover FX and Dermablend. I found both to be heavy, and it felt like I was wearing a mask. I also had a similar problem where it was hard for me to find the right colour. They always appeared orange on my skin or grey and chalky. I've tried a few things and I found Make Up Forever Full Coverage concealer and the HD Invisible foundation to be the best. The foundation is light, but has a lot of pigment for coverage. It's what has worked the best for me so far.
I have had the same problem with Dermablend as you described: " it felt like I was wearing a mask." I will definitely try "Make Up Forever" and see if it shows better results. Thanks for the reply!
Happy to help!

Have you tried this product?
Yes I have and if I was going to cover up(I don't) that is what I would use. You can get a good match to your skin colour and it is light. You need training, as with all camo, to apply it.
Thank you very much for your response. :) I will def look into it!
