Hi all! I'm new to the site. I just wanted to know if anybody else has had one spot fill in but no other improvements anywhere else?? Don't get me wrong..I'm extremely happy about one freckle. I'm just confused..If that spot can fill in what's going on with the rest of my skin?? Also, I have been taking b-12 1000 mcg and 400 mcg folic acid. I just started yesterday taking 800 mcg of folic acid. I have also switched to a vegan diet and I avoid gluten at all times! I have been vegan since the beginning of Jan 2011..Thanks for reading!

Hey thanks! I just take them because I've read about it. I've been taking the vitamins since the beginning of Jan of this year. Celiac disease runs in my family so I just don't eat it and it's for better health :)
Four days after I introduced gluten back in my diet and last night I break out in hives..I wonder if it could be gluten intolerance?? hmmm If it is then maybe there is a connection with gluten intoleance and vitiligo?? Anybody have any advice?? thx!

For how long have you taking V.B12? have you been deficent or just add on normal leavel? are you gluten sensetiv or you just avoid for better health?
