New to Vitiligo!!!

Hi Friends,

i'm Krushna from India . I'm 28 years old. 

i have confirmed last Year .

Now i have small patches on hands, head , genetics areas, lips also.

Now i'm using treatment - UVB light .

Can you give me suggestion how  to stop and Spreading Vitiligo.

    Hi Krushna...

    Please avoid tamarind, sea food and citrus fruits, and reduce the intake of milk and milk products.

    Whatverer otther than those mentioned, try to add some value to the food that u eat, i mean eat healthy..

    Try to be stress free and if possible practice yoga and meditation it may help u a lot to prevent spreading....stop panicking and try to accept the problem and follow ur doctor suggestions.
