Narrowband lamps- which one?

Hi,

there is such a wide rage of prices on the narroband lamps- are the ones from ebay around 300$ any good? Seems the 'better' companies (??) charge around 1000.

 

Anybody has had success with them on the hands? I have spots on hands and feet I want to get rid off. I used Protopic forever, but didn't help.

    I guess that is the question- is it 311 nm on ebay when they say it is? :) If it'd say Phillips on the bulb, I'd be happy.

      Mostlly it is written on it... that it is UVB 311

    It is not the price which determine that it is good or bad..as long as it NB UVB 311nm is ok,It is just a light ..the light bulb is the same most from Phlips.

    Hand and feet is not easy to treat with Protopic as you know, some get good result on hand and feet .It is the same with UVB as well

    Some one told me he uses a kind of poeoralen cream on the spots which doesn`t respond ..and it helped him.
