By the time I was in Dead Sea, I spoke with many people who went there for a vitiligo treatment.
Some of them were trying to manage the spreading, some others to achieve re-pigmentation.
I remember that in some spreading cases, they mentioned a low-dose oral mini-pulse treatment.

I have never agreed on taking corticosteroid because it's side effects, but this mini-pulse therapy lows it down a lot.
So, if you are in a spreading status, talk to your Doctor. Ask him to read the paper attached. Ask him to research it.

I have done it before , it didnt help me repigment may be stablize it ...it is difficult to see stablization ...most of the time Our vit can be stable With out any treatmet, right now I m doing it for last 5 weeks after mktp coz I have to do every thing which helps me not to depig ...I see good repigmenting result but I know the main reason is the cell treatment. .
