  • I consider L-Glutamine in my suggested protocol for 2 reasons:

    1- It's good to heal Leaky Gut that is a syndrome that causes many problems, as Bloating, Food sensitivities, Thyroid conditions, Fatigue, Joint pain, Headaches, Skin issues, Digestive problems, Weight gain, etc.  Some of these cause huge oxidative stress, which is bad for vit sufferers.

    2- Because Glutamine plays  role in keeping balanced  the acid/base ratio.
